This recipe is so tasty and delicious works great for lasagna too. Super quick and easy to make and freezes really well if you make a big batch!

What you’ll need:

  • 500 grams Minced Beef
  • 1 Large Onions
  • Handful of Mushrooms
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 Beef Stock Cube
  • A generous dash of Worcester
  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 Carton of  Passata


Fry off the onion and garlic to soften.

Add the mince and fry until browned. Add the chopped tomato, tomato puree, passata, dry beef cube, herbs and worcester sauce.

Leave on a low simmer for approx 30-40 minutes.

Serve with spaghetti pasta and enjoy.
